Congratulations Rolando Elementary School on meeting all 17 out of 17 AYP (Annual Yearly Progress) Criteria. Significant gains in the Academic Performance Index (API) were also obtained in two of our significant subgroups. Rolando's 2009 Growth API, released in September, is 875. |
Can my child receive free/reduced lunch? |
Did you know that you could apply for the Federal Free/Reduced Lunch Program ANY time of the school year? Lunch applications are available in the school office. If you have applied in the past or recently applied and didn’t qualify you may apply at any time during the school year. If your household size goes up, income goes down, if you start receiving Food Stamps, FIP, FDPIR or other benefits, or if there is a job loss you should consider re-applying. More Information |
Rolando WatchDOGS
 WATCH D.O.G.S.® (Dads Of Great Students) is the safe school initiative of the National Center for Fathering that involves fathers and father figures to spend meaningful time with their children as well as 450 others in our school setting. They also are here to help create a more safe and secure learning environment in our schools.
