Welcome to the 2012-2013 school year which began Thursday, August 16. I hope you had an enjoyable summer break. It is an honor to serve as Principal of Parkway Middle School. The Parkway staff and I look forward to providing your child with an academically challenging program and many opportunities for leadership and social responsibilities. Your child will be assigned to an I-Team which is prepared to support your child in curriculum and instruction to ensure student success. I encourage you to attend Back-To-School Night on August 30 where you will learn more about our wonderful school and all it has to offer. Parent involvement is the key! We want you to be part of the Parkway team. Volunteer, join our active PTSA. There is always room for you in many different capacities. Please peruse our Parkway website for all sorts of information. Please know that my door is always open to you. Communication between home and school is vital. Together we will make this a great school year by putting children first in all we do!
