Enrolling your child

To enroll your child, stop by to pick up a registration packet any time between 7:00 a.m. and 3:15 p.m, or print the registration forms below. Return the completed forms with the following items: birth certificate or passport, immunization record, and two proofs of residency. Examples of acceptable proofs of residency are: SDG&E, cable bill, phone bill (these are the only acceptable bills), rental agreement or escrow papers, or drivers license with current address.
