Spring Valley Middle School PTSA's award committee is requesting nominations for the following awards:
HONORARY SERVICE AWARDGiven to an individual or organization in special recognition of outstanding service to children and youth --------------
CONTINUING SERVICE AWARDGiven to an individual or organization in special recognition of continued or ongoing service to children and youth ---------------
VERY SPECIAL PERSON AWARDGiven to a person who has made a significant contribution to Spring Valley Middle School within a specific aspect of the school
Awards are presented annually by the Spring Valley Middle School PTSA at the annual Founders Day Celebration and PTSA General Association Meeting in May. For each award given, a donation is made to the California State PTA's scholarship fund.
