The Citizens' Bond Oversight Committee (CBOC) is an seven-member advisory panel appointed by the Board of Trustees. It monitors the implementation of Proposition M. The oversight committee includes parents and community members as well as a representative from the San Diego County Taxpayers Association. The individuals serving on the bond oversight committee are:

Jerry Lecko, President	Business Community
Steve Babbitt	Parent of Child in the District - PTA
Jim Bauman, Vice President	Parent of Child in the District
Aaron Landau	Member-At-Large
Jada Martinez	Member-At-Large
Glen Sparrow	Taxpayers' Association
Robert Vendeland	Senior Citizen Organization

The meetings are held quarterly.
